Hospice Residence

Join us for the new Horizon Hospice Residence Open House

When: Thursday, June 24, 2010
Where: The new residence is located at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee on the 2nd Floor, 13111 North Port Washington Road, Mequon
Time: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
What: Tours of the new residence, Q&A with Horizon's President & CEO, Mary Haynor and light refreshments to celebrate the opening!

No RSVP is required, please drop in at your convenience and tell a friend!

The hospice residence will officially open to patients and families on Sunday, June 27. For more information, please see the press release.
