Horizon offers State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care in patient's homes.   Certified Nursing Assistants are frequently referred to as Home Health Aides when the services are provided by a Home Health Agency.  Aides offer an essential component of home delivered services that extends beyond the bath.  Home Health Aides assisted in toileting, dressing, laundry, meal preparation, and medication monitering to mention a few of the tasks they can perform. 

Aides who care for long hour, or private duty patients, provide numerous other services such as errands, shopping, household management, cleaning, bill paying, escorting to appointments or a social outing, pet care and numerous other activities that are essential to maintain our patients in their homes.
