Horizon offers balanced meals delivered to your home five days per week, Monday through Friday.  Meals are also available for Saturday and Sunday.  The meals are prepared by healthcare facilities under the direction of a clinical dietician.  The meals are delivered to your home during the noon hour by Horizon volunteers.  A hot meal is delivered for lunch.  Additionally, a cold meal can be sent at the same time to provide a second daily meal.
