Join us for the new Horizon Hospice Residence Open House

Where: The new residence is located at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee on the 2nd Floor, 13111 North Port Washington Road, Mequon
Time: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
What: Tours of the new residence, Q&A with Horizon's President & CEO, Mary Haynor and light refreshments to celebrate the opening!

Life Lights 2010!

When: Friday, September 10, 2010
Where: The Milwaukee County Zoo
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
What: Fish fry dinner, live music by Kyle Feerick, Sunset stroll through the Zoo and candle-lit Celebration of Life including photos of loved ones from around the community.
