Dr. Charles H. I. Tiber is a medical oncologist and internist presiding at Columbia St. Mary’s Medical Clinics, where he has also served as a Hospice Medical Director since 1985. He is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Tiber helped to establish Mt. Sinai Hospice and served as its first Medical Director from 1980 to 1982. In 1980 he established the first oncology clinic in Sheboygan, WI at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital . He began as a volunteer staff member of the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1986 and continues to serve there today.  In 1996, 2000 and 2006 Dr. Tiber was named one of Milwaukee Magazines “Top Docs.” Dr. Tiber has had numerous papers published in journals such as Metabolism, Southern Medical Association, and Journal of the American Medical Association. He also presents regularly on cancer treatment, hospice and pain management to community organizations such as the American Cancer Society’s Breast Cancer Forum, St. Mary’s Hospital General Staff and Residents, Radiotherapy Technicians Association, Milwaukee Peer Review Organization.
