You are invited to honor a loved one in a very real way, through a gift to Horizon. Your gift will help support the continued efforts of the Grief Resource Center to provide the necessary care, free of charge. In return, your loved one's name will be etched in stone or glass, forever to be remembered as a part of the Memorial Monument.

The monument will be housed inside of the Horizon Grief Resource Center - Phase II. It will have a glass curve, as well as a collection of stones at its base, honoring the names of the people we memorialize. The monument will be unveiled at the October 25 Grand Opening of the Center.

Different types of stone are available at different giving levels. Each one is special and unique, just like the person it represents.

People who choose to honor their loved one at the Friend, Patron, Sponsor or Guardian level will receive a limited-edition print comissioned specifically for Memorial Monument participants. Donors at this level will also find their loved one's name etched in the glass arc of the Monument.
